SHUWOON Japanese Language Academy Terms of Use
Study Cube (hereinafter the "Service"), operated by SHUWOON CO.,LTD. (hereinafter the "Company"), is provided in accordance with these Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms"). In order to protect your interests, please read this Agreement before purchasing the Service. Checking the "I Agree" box indicates that you have already read, understood and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. If these Terms are modified, we will post a notice on our website, but will not notify you individually. If you do not agree to the Terms, or to any modifications to the Terms, you are required to stop using the Service. If you continue to use the Service, you will be deemed to have agreed to the modifications and additions to the Terms.
If an applicant for the Service is not of legal age, a parent or guardian must apply for the Service on behalf of the applicant, or the applicant must obtain parental consent. By clicking on the "I Agree" button, you are deemed to have obtained parental consent or to have met the legal age requirements to apply for this Service.
- 1. Description of the Service
- (1) The Company reserves the right to add, change, or delete all or any part of the systems and functions within the Service, and will not notify you of this individually. Any part of the Service that is currently available or may be added in the future shall be offered in accordance with the Terms. The Company reserves the right to have a third party operate the Service and you agree that the Company will have the right to transfer all of the Company’s rights and responsibilities under the Terms to such a third party.
- (2) The Company does not guarantee the duration or content of the Service. The Company reserves the right to suspend or change all or part of the Service at any time.
- (3) Any data you have provided to the Service during your use of the Service will be deemed to have been provided to the Company free of charge (even after termination or cancellation of your use of the Service) and may be published, reformulated, edited, transferred or stored in a database and may be shared with third parties.
- (4) The Company may delete, move or block any text, image, video, file or other data you upload or transmit through the Serviced that violates laws and regulations, infringes the rights of third parties, violates these Terms, or is otherwise unlawful, without notice.
- (5) The Service may provide external links. The Company is not responsible for the products, services or information provided by such external links.
- 2. User Responsibilities
- (1) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password in a reasonable manner. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user ID. If you discover that your user ID has been stolen by a third party, you must immediately notify us in writing or by email.
- (2) In the event of a violation of the Terms, the Company may restrict or suspend your membership, depending on the extent of the violation.
- (3) A maximum of one (1) person per user ID may use the Service at the same time. You may not lend, rent or transfer your user ID to another person or share your user ID with more than one person. If you are found to be in violation of this condition of use, we may limit or terminate your membership depending on the extent of the violation.
- 3. Forbidden Conduct
- You agree not to use this service to violate the rights of others, including but not limited to the following actions:
- (1) Sending content that is injurious to the reputation of others.
- (2) Violating the likeness, privacy or personal information of others or disseminating content that may be offensive to others, such as pornographic, violent or obscene content.
- (3) Sending advertisements or introducing products for commercial purposes.
- (4) Improperly obtaining or using another user's coupons.
- (5) Publishing, reprinting or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others without their consent.
- (6) Disrupting or causing harm to the Service, or violating Internet etiquette.
- (7) Conduct that the Company deems inappropriate, violate laws or causes damage to the Company.
